At Orthonivo, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure that your order reaches you in proper condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refund Policy

All orders placed on Orthonivo are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, or any other reason once the order has been successfully placed.

2. Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damaged-product claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A short unboxing video, if available

  • Your order number and registered contact details

Our team will review the claim and, after verification, may offer a replacement or suitable resolution.

3. Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or is found to be defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, Orthonivo may provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return

Products will not be eligible for return or replacement in cases involving:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or product selection by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence

  • Products altered or modified by the customer

  • Claims submitted after the specified reporting period

5. Return/Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, our customer support team will provide you with the necessary instructions for the replacement process.

Customers should not ship any product back to us without receiving confirmation from our support team.

6. Refunds

Orthonivo does not provide refunds for returned products.

If a product is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect-product claim, the resolution will generally be handled through replacement or another suitable solution, subject to verification and availability.
