Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Returns Policy

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and tags.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a clear reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions if it is approved.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund or replacement. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return.
